The DfT are inviting individuals who regularly deal with non-compliance or defect-related activities to take part in a short survey
This will help the DfT understand how the new non-compliance functionality in Street Manager, fully released in September 2024, is working for you in practice.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. At the end, there is an opportunity to provide any additional feedback you may have.
Your input is incredibly valuable and will help identify areas where enhancements or improvements may be needed.
The DfT encourage you to be open and honest - your feedback will not offend them.
