This latest instalment features Alex Akitici, Street Works Manager at Skewb and Chair of HAUC’s Vision 2025–2030 Pillar 2: Community.
Alex is a passionate advocate for the street works industry, bringing both leadership and insight to her role. Her energy, insight, and a deep commitment to the industry, championing Accessibility, Inclusion and Safety across the sector reflects the values at the heart of HAUC’s long-term vision.
The Faces of Street Works campaign continues to showcase the people behind the infrastructure — those whose work ensures our streets serve the needs of communities today and into the future.
This campaign is delivered in collaboration with JAG(UK), StreetworksUK, and WA Communications, and aims to shine a light on the real people behind the work — those who make a meaningful difference every day.
