Street Works Advisor - Based in Castle Donington

National Grid have a vacancy for a Street Works Advisor within the Commercial team based in Castle Donington

Reporting to the Street Works Performance Team Leader you will help support the Street Works team and wider business with understanding street works legislation and process, and resolve escalated issues. You will have in-depth knowledge of the street works legislation and act as a focal point for guidance with particular experience of site set up, reinstatement or permit administration. You will maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service and be flexible and willing to ensure the team provide the services needed to support the operational business.
