In 2023, HAUC(UK) began a new chapter in improving how we communicate with our community. We welcomed a Communications Manager to lead the way, and in 2025, we’ve strengthened our efforts by appointing a full-time Community Support Assistant. This role ensures we can consistently manage and grow our digital presence across the HAUC(UK) website, the HAUC app, LinkedIn, and now our new Facebook page.
Our 2023 Communications Survey gave us a valuable baseline, and we’re proud to share that we’ve already achieved 59% of the actions and improvements requested at that time. But we’re not stopping there.
