Connected Kerb have a vacancy for a Site Supervisor based in the Manchester Area
Purpose Of Role:
As the project Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety and quality of all on site works across the network. Conducting inspections, audits, sign off certificate for work completion and supporting with ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with both the HSQC and installation teams to identify and mitigate risks and ensure works are conducted in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting construction works including conducting audits and comparing it with project drawings and specifications.
- Ensure that construction works adheres to all safety regulations and that all activities prioritise safety.
- Advise on technical issues where required.
- Liaising with installers and surveyors.
- Produce regular reports to update the client and business.
- Identify and document any discrepancies between the work and the project specifications and ensure they are rectified.
- Work with the HSQC Department to ensure all health and safety, legal, construction and quality requirements are met.
- Certify all works in line with health, safety and quality requirements.
- Quality of works approval for payment
- Attend key meetings with Installation Partners, DNO and other relevant external parties to provide support and technical advice.
