The Street Manager Annual Survey is designed with simplicity and relevance in mind. Participants only see the sections that apply to them - so if Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) aren’t part of your remit, that page won’t appear.
The survey is conducted once a year, takes no more than 20 minutes to complete in full, and every response is deeply appreciated. Those who complete all sections provide invaluable insights that help shape future improvements.
The Street Manager team are steadily building a rich archive of survey data, which is already being shared with the Governance Group. Plans are underway to make these outcomes more widely available, ensuring transparency and collective progress.
