Extension of RPS247 until 30th Sept 2025

The EA (environment agency ) has extended RSP247. A new standard-rules permit will be published for the use of IBAA and an associated new Regulatory Position Statement which we consider is a candidate waste exemption, before RPS 247 is withdrawn
