(Applicable to England only) Planned street works and works for road purposes may be carried out following substantial road or street works either: (a) after any relevant statutory S58 or S58A restriction period has ended; or (b) within the S58 restriction period, where allowed under Clauses 6.5 (1), (2) & (3) of the 3rd Edition of the Code of Practice for Street Works and Works for Road Purposes and Related Matters.
